I had yellow squash (that I've never had before), so I had to figure out a way to cook it (other than grill it), from Most Favorite to Least Favorite:
1. Air-Fryer Coins - I thinly sliced the yellow squash, and added a nice MSG-y powder and Air-Fryed it - it came out nicely.
2. Soup - I blend and emulsify with light olive oil, cook it on the stovetop to offset the rawness of the squash, and add salt (this is great for those with gluten sensitivity/Celiac's disease/other kinds of allergy sensitivities) and water, any other spices.
3. Grill - I cut a cross-hatch into sections of the squash, and grill it with seasoning (my least favorite)
