Recipe:


This is what I can glean from watching the video -- a lot of the comments seem to be complaining that there's no recipe/you have to pay for a subscription, but isn't it kind of obvious what the recipe is? I could cook this as a middle schooler -- I don't know, it kind of reminds me of this extremely annoying and problematic girl I used to know in med school who was extremely unlikeable, I thought it was just me, but she literally said to me that all her friends tell her that of her and her partner, she is the worse person. Yikes!


Anyway, moving on...


slice an onion

chop some spinach

strip some thyme leaves off the stem

mince garlic through garlic press

pour EVOO in steel pan

fry onions

add a pinch of salt

add a knob/tbsp of butter

add a splash of white wine

add in thyme leaves, minced garlic

add some splashes of what looks to be balsamic vinegar (or liquid aminos)

add ravioli pasta to separate pot of boiling water

after cooking and reducing a bit, add chopped spinach to original pan

add at least a cup of heavy cream

add a ladleful of water

add freshly cracked S&P

after simmering for awhile until sauce is cooked, add in cooked al dente pasta

freshly grate with parmesan

mix well

chop fresh parsley

plate, top with pepperoncino oil (Italian chili oil), pepper flakes

garnish with chopped parsley

serve.
