My Strawberry Fizz Recipe (Redwall Series)

Having some of the most amazing strawberries in a while has inspired me to start a Redwall-recipe series.

Ingredients:

• Clearly Canadian Sparkling Water Beverage - Summer Strawberry Flavor

This soda is the strawberry soda of my dreams. It has natural cane sugar (like Mexican Coca-Cola), and uses fancy sparkling water (that I learned from European friends!) in its ingredients, and uses glass to hold its beverage (unlike metal soda cans that are lined with plastic). I tried it once, from Safeway, for a very reasonable price, and would recommend 10/10.

• Mint (for garnish)

• The best strawberries available to you

• Lemon (optional)

Recipe 1:

1. Wash strawberries adequately, slice and dice them to enjoy it one way, or blend them into a purée

2. Add your strawberry mixture/purée to the amount of Clearly Canadian Sparkling Water - Summer Strawberry Flavor of your choice

3. Add mint and/or lemon slice for garnish

4. Enjoy!
   

Recipe 2 (Inspired by Philz Coffee Sweet & Creamy Mint Mojito, my favorite in-person coffee drink ever!):

1. Slice and dice strawberries

2. Macerate them with a sweetener of your choice (I prefer cane sugar/brown sugar for this) at the bottom of your cup

3. Add mint to mixture

4. Add ice cubes

5. Top off with tea of your choice / water

6. Presto and enjoy!
