Hello! And welcome to the 7th post of Pizza Rat's Paradise.
This homemade dish is perhaps the most symbolic holistic meal of my Korean roots -- it is a dish well-known and loved by many.
Luckily, it doesn't take much skill to be able to make this home-made - it's a mixable bowl!
Serves: 1 person.
Recipe:
Ingredients:
Stone Pot (Dolsot)
1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
1-2 cups Cooked Rice
6-8 Rainbow Carrots, sliced and sautéed
Broccoli
Seasoned Fernbracken
Spicy BBQ Pork
Fried Egg
Gochujang Paste
Directions:
Season the pot with the sesame oil.
Add in your rice.
In a separate frying pan, fry an egg.
Add in your other ingredients, arranging in a circle.
Let it cook over low heat for 5-8 minutes.
Take off the stove and add gochujang paste (and other desired seasonings as well, such as a bit more sesame oil, sliced green onion, sesame seeds, even ketchup if you so prefer.)
If you have made it this far, thank you for reading! 💚
