I had this salmon yukke/yukhoe bowl with cubed radish - it might have been a Japanese-Korean fusion dish in my 2-day NYC trip. It was so fresh and delicate.


The cubed radish was a surprising touch -- it added a new textural element to my palate, and helped preserve the temperature to stay cool.


One of my favorite things about this meal is the white ceramic plate -- it provides a neutral background that really lets the color of the ingredients shine.
