First Cantaloupe Granita

Hello! And welcome to the 41st post of Pizza Rat's Paradise.


 

I made my first cantaloupe granita last night using the most freshly ripe cantaloupe -- blended the cantaloupe, added lemon juice and froze the juice in a container overnight - enjoyed it with breakfast this morning, it was a blast! I'm considering it my sweet treat for Halloween :) 🎃
