Recently tried this product out for the first time, and found it undoubtedly saccharine and fake-tasting:

While there's nothing wrong with it, it tasted like chemicals and has 18 g of added sugar!!! If you have ever been in a lab like I have, and experimented with measuring out 18 g of sugar on a scale, it is a LOT of sugar.
I would prefer / recommend the following combination as a substitute, for a holistically nutritious yogurt snack, but the choice is yours, as always!
Siggi's yogurt - What I love about their product is that it is a high-quality, protein-dense, lower sugar option, with live active cultures, with real strawberry fruit chunks, and tastes very good! It originates from an Icelandic tradition. For more nutrition facts for their strawberry-flavored option: https://siggis.com/product/strawberry-nonfat/
A sprinkling of cacao nibs
Optional: 1-2 dollops of a sweetener of choice (one of my favorite brands is Bee Harmony's Lavender-Infused Honey. Another great reputable brand is Brightland. Agave syrup is also an excellent low glycemic index choice for those that are looking to satisfy a sweet tooth and are looking out for their blood sugar levels.)
Optional, super-fancy: Add a couple of fresh mint leaves as a garnish, because why not?
You deserve it.
