If you like the flavor of GomTang ramen:
Which is based off of beef bone soup, which is creamy, milky, savory, mild and great for the fall and/or winter, I highly recommend giving this a try:
I use a packet of ramen noodles (recently I've been using Maruchan's Pork Flavor), adding maybe about a few shakes of the soup packet into a little bit of boiling water enough to the flavor that I prefer, about 1-2 teaspoons worth. I put the lid on the pot and let it cook on high heat for about 1-3 min, until the noodles have been cooked to a desired consistency. Then, I turn off the heat, and add a slice (about 1/4 inch thick) of Vermont Creamery Butter (Sea Salt version), and add some freshly cracked black pepper using a rechargeable black pepper grinder (it's so easy to use, I just flip the whole thing upside-down, and it's easy to re-add spices into the container! When it needs recharging, one simply uses a USB port. The one I currently have access to is the one by brand XinBaoLong. In terms of the product, I would say the AI-generated summary of the customer reviews is true and accurate to my experience of using it):
I mix it all together and the result is this creamy, peppery savory flavor that is quite satisfying, and is one of my favorite ways to enjoy the Maruchan Pork Flavor.
Here is an Instagram reel I made awhile ago of a more grown-up, healthier version, with sliced rice cakes and dumplings: https://www.instagram.com/reel/C25_9tGpx7n/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link&igsh=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==
